The Revive Club
A Multi-Disciplinary Fitness & Lifestyle Destination
Beirut, Lebanon
Context
The Revive Club is a 4,000 sqm multi-disciplinary sports and lifestyle destination built to redefine how performance, recovery, and community coexist within one space.
Bringing together indoor and outdoor basketball courts, padel courts, a full-scale gym overlooking Beirut, MMA facilities, recovery and physiotherapy rooms, group training studios, and a hospitality-driven F&B concept — the project operates as a complete ecosystem rather than a single-function facility.
Built as a flagship concept, The Revive Club represents Wael Arakji’s long-term vision and legacy — translating high-performance culture into a scalable, experience-driven environment.
The challenge extended beyond design — it required structuring an operational and experiential system where each component, from sports to recovery to hospitality, works in alignment. The objective was to create a seamless flow between high-performance training and everyday lifestyle, positioning The Revive Club as a long-term platform rather than a single destination.
The Challenge
The Revive Club is a 4,000 sqm multi-functional facility bringing together sports, recovery, fitness, and hospitality.
The challenge was to structure this scale into a clear, navigable experience — without overwhelming the user.

From basketball courts and padel to MMA, recovery, and group classes, the project integrates fundamentally different functions under one roof.
The objective was to create a cohesive system where each discipline complements the other — rather than operating in isolation.
The Revive Club is rooted in Wael Arakji’s vision and long-term impact on the sport.
The challenge was to translate that legacy into a physical and branded experience that feels authentic, aspirational, and enduring.
Beyond training, the space includes a full F&B concept, social areas, and community-driven environments.
The goal was to position The Revive Club as a place people stay in — not just pass through.

A Connected Branding System
From spatial design to brand expression, every element was developed as part of
a unified system — ensuring consistency across physical and branded touchpoints.
Bringing the Concept to Life
The visual direction was built to translate Wael Arakji’s legacy into a cinematic narrative — capturing discipline, intensity, and the scale of The Revive Club as a destination.
A short-form teaser was developed to introduce the space and create anticipation — focusing on fragments of movement, environment, and identity rather than full exposure.
The main film expands on the concept, combining spatial storytelling with athlete-driven sequences to showcase the full experience of The Revive Club.
F&B Strategy & Concept Development
The F&B scope for The Revive Club was developed as a complete pre-opening process, beginning with feasibility, concept validation, and strategic planning, and extending through full operational setup and launch readiness. Scope & Co. structured the commercial and operational foundations of the concept, ensuring the food and beverage offer was aligned with the scale and positioning of the wider sports and lifestyle destination.
Operational System & Execution
This included kitchen and bar planning, AutoCAD coordination, workflow and layout design, MEP and safety considerations, equipment and systems planning, POS integration, packaging and disposables sourcing, menu development, tastings, recipe documentation, supplier finalization, par levels, costing, pricing, and menu engineering. In parallel, we built the operational backbone of the business through staffing structure, recruitment planning, contracts, team training, hygiene and safety procedures, SOPs, inventory systems, financial planning, startup budgeting, and launch preparation. As the project remains in pre-opening, the scope represents the full system build behind the F&B concept prior to launch.
The Experience
The arrival experience is designed to create immediate clarity and orientation, introducing members to a space where sport, performance, recovery, and community are fully integrated from the first touchpoint.

From basketball, padel, and MMA to strength training and group classes, the training environment is structured to support both elite performance and everyday progression across multiple disciplines.
Recovery is embedded into the experience through physiotherapy, treatment, and wellness spaces that allow members to restore, maintain performance, and move seamlessly between effort and recovery.
Beyond sport, The Revive Club extends into a social and lifestyle destination through its café and shared spaces, encouraging members to stay, connect, and engage with the wider community.
Implementation
Scope & Co. remains actively involved in bringing The Revive Club to life, ensuring that the concept is executed with consistency across brand, operations, and experience.
Our implementation role centers on transforming a complex, multi-layered vision into a working system — coordinating the operational foundations, refining workflows, structuring the F&B setup, preparing teams, and aligning every touchpoint ahead of launch. At this stage, the focus is on building the infrastructure required for the project to open with clarity, control, and long-term scalability.
Outcome
The Revive Club was structured as a fully operational, revenue-ready system — from concept to execution.
Every layer, from F&B to spatial flow, staffing, and pricing, was built to support high-volume performance, cost control, and long-term scalability.
A concept designed to operate efficiently from day one — and scale without friction.
